š All or nothing. A website I'm crazy for.
Plus: Survival Sevillanas
I have been that person all week. Turn on the music with volume at 100 percent, or not listen at all.
Itās been all or nothing.
- I had a week of practicing yoga every day.
- Then a week of practicing zero days.
- Then another week of practicing yoga every day.
- This past week I practiced zero.
Itās been all or nothing.
And why not. A new website.
Iāve started countless projects, and Iām determined to finish them all, but not just finish them. They are going to be āfull out.ā
Between all or nothing, my tendency is to go ALL out. For ALL.
So has been my spring of the theme of Building.
The theme for summer is Relax & Release, but itās not summer yetā¦

I sincerely try not to bring āworkā into this newsletter. This newsletter is more meant for delving into deep work, digital minimalism, arte, and all of the rewards that come from deep integration with material and the world.
However... Iāve just spun up a new website, and Iām pretty darn proud of it. As in, super-duper, rootinā-tootinā proud!
And it aināt even finished yet.
Iāve been meaning to study the material of my new weekly flamenco theory class alongside my novice dance practice as a recreational enthusiast.
And if I had more bandwidth in this moment, this newsletter could be about these newfound studiesā¦
Alas, the Duende is shaking his head. Timeās up. I missed yesterdayās self-imposed, New-Moon-in-Taurus deadline. āCause itās been all⦠or itās been nothing.
Soon enough, Duende. Soon enough.
Survival Sevillanas.
You may remember in a previous Substack post, āSĆŗper mega hĆperā small manageable bits, that I have tasked myself with learning to dance the four Sevillanas before the feria of my town.
And nope, I havenāt stopped at just one.
Not satisfied with learning two of the four.
Not satisfied with three of the four?
Babe, itās been all four⦠or nothing.
And I am happy to report to you that my Sevillanas, like my Spanish, have reached the point of Survival-ready and workable.
For this, I am immeasurably grateful.
Bueno, amigos. Today Iām keeping this one short.
Until next timeāthe full moon newsletter, when I will return to web design material as usual, and not even play with the Creativity that still beckonsā¦
Because I want it all. I donāt want nothing.
Yours expediently,
Shayna

P.S. Coming up in June, for Pride Month, youāll get the themed newsletter from your ever aspiring allyā¦
